Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on CozyBabies.com. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

If you would like to place an order over the phone please call during our normal office hours, 845-321-2187, 10am to 4pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Credit cards are authorized at time of order but not charged until time of shipment.

Cozy Babies takes every precaution to protect your personal information.  We employ the latest encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to help safeguard your credit card number and other highly sensitive information.  When you place your order you will be asked to enter your credit card information via our secure online order form.  If you choose not to enter your credit card number online please contact us at 845-321-2187, M-F 10am-4pm EST, and we will be happy to assist you. 


Cancellations

Cozy Babies works to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please send an email to orders@cozybabies.com or call us within 24 hours of placing your order at 845-321-2187 and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already processed, please see our Return & Exchange policy for further instructions.

Sales Tax

Cozy Babies operates in New York, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a New York address. Those who live outside New York will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on CozyBabies.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Shipping Time

We are a web based company only and most bedding, accessories and gift items are ordered directly from the manufacturer on a per-customer basis and are considered custom order products.  Although delivery times vary, custom order items can take up to 8 weeks to be manufactured and delivered to your door. If you would like to know the current shipping time on a particular item please see the item description for details or email us. Delivery times are estimated and provided by the manufacturer. We do not have the ability to change them or prevent any delays. We unfortunately have no control of, nor are we responsible for, delays in shipping by the manufacturer. If any item is discontinued or on backorder from a manufacturer we will notify you immediately.

Many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer; therefore your order may ship in several packages from different locations.


Shipping Methods

Most manufacturers ship United Parcel Service (UPS) ground.  UPS does not deliver to PO boxes so please make sure a physical address is provided.  Sorry, Express shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

We are currently offering Free Shipping to all 50 US states on all orders over $99. For orders less than $99 please see our shipping chart below. UPDATE:Currenty flat rate of $6.95 for all orders under $99.

Shipping to APO/FPO

We support our military personnel and their families and would love to accommodate you.
A majority of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer; so please email us for shipping availability and quote. Please include your Postal Code and product(s) you are interested in purchasing.

Shipping to Outside the US

We are starting to expand our shipping to outside the 50 US states. You will need to email us for shipping availability and quote. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, customs fees; etc.

If you would like an order shipped outside of the US please email us, prior to ordering, for a shipping quote. Please include your Postal Code and product(s) you are interested in purchasing.


Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any boxes are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturer's Defects

If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions and it will be replaced free of charge. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

If it has been 30 days or more and an item is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement.  We will gladly provide you the information if it is misplaced.
