Save your DATED store receipt or invoice so you can send your Rebecca Denny bag back to them with the receipt within 6 months of purchase for repair or replacement.

This limited warranty pertains to any:
1) Loose stitching anywhere on the bag including straps.
2) Magnetic Closure Problems
3) Zipper issues

This warranty pertains to normal wear and tear only. Creation Design and Distributing LLC reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if a bag appears to have, "abusive wear", damage.

The limited warranty only pertains to fabric in the "stitching or closure areas".

If the diaper bag cannot be repaired by the manufacture, it will be replaced. If the fabric for the bag in need of replacing is no longer available, you will be permitted to choose from what is currently available. A new limited warranty will then be in effect for 6 months on the replacement bag.

Please note: The customer needs to call Creation Design and Distributing LLC at: 859-272-5347, to confirm that the problem with the bag is covered under warranty, and then we will give shipping instructions. Customer will pay shipping to send the bag to be repaired or replaced. Creation Design and Distributing LLC will pay the shipping charges to return the bag to customer.
