When you find the product(s) you would like to purchase review the product description for details. Select the product options you would like by selecting them from the pull down menus, if available, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. If there are more than one item on the option pull down menu that you would like,(ie. crib skirt only & bumper only) you may return to the product by selecting "Continue Shopping" from your cart. When you return to the product page select the additional options you would like and press "Add to Cart". When you return to the shopping cart you will see the list of items you have selected to purchase. If you would like more than one, you may change the quantity in your shopping cart. When you have added all the items you would like to buy, click the "Checkout" button and complete the requested information. If you encounter a problem, you may email us for assistance, support@cozybabies.com, or place your order by phone. How can I know if my Cozy Babies order has been placed? Cozy Babies will send you confirmation of your order via e-mail. This e-mail will have a CozyBabies order number for your reference.
What are your shipping charges? Cozy Babies offers FREE shipping on orders over $99 within the US. See our Store Policies for our shipping costs. Does Cozy Babies ship internationally? We currently ship within the US and Canada. International customers please email us for shipping availability and quote before ordering. How do I check the status of my Cozy Babies order? You can check the status of an order once you have received an e-mail from Cozy Babies with a tracking code. To track your package, follow the directions given in the e-mail message.
